Anchoring End: This is the key part where the anchor bolt is connected to the foundation. Common shapes include hook-shaped, straight-bar-shaped, conical, etc. The hook-shaped anchoring end can increase the anchoring force of the bolt in the foundation and prevent the bolt from being pulled out; the straight-bar-shaped is suitable for some occasions where the requirement for anchoring force is not high; the conical anchoring end can better adapt to different types of foundation materials and improve the anchoring effect.

Installation and Precautions of Anchor Bolts

Next, pour concrete to make the anchor bolts closely combined with the foundation. Precautions: When installing anchor bolts, strictly control their position and perpendicularity, and the deviation should meet the design and specification requirements. Otherwise, it may lead to uneven installation of the equipment, affecting its normal operation, and may even cause additional stress on the equipment, shortening the service life of the equipment. At the same time, when pouring concrete, ensure the quality of the concrete and the pouring process, and avoid defects such as honeycombs and pitted surfaces to ensure the anchoring force between the anchor bolts and the foundation.
