MAD双头圆柱隔离柱

MAD双头圆柱隔离柱是双头卡扣推入式尼龙绝缘支撑柱，专门用于 PCB/PC 板之间垫高、隔离、固定，不用螺丝，直接卡入电路板孔位。适配板孔：标准适配 2.5mm 孔径 PCB。安装方式：两端卡扣，对压装入两块电路板，卡扣撑开自锁，免螺丝。双头卡扣结构，按压式装配，拆装方便，生产效率高。尼龙绝缘，防止 PCB 之间短路，隔离支撑。尼龙韧性好，不易脆断，抗老化。

MAD Double-ended Cylindrical Spacers

MAD double-ended cylindrical spacers are double-ended snap-in nylon insulating support posts. They are specially used for elevating, insulating and fixing between PCB/PC boards. No screws required and can be clipped directly into circuit board holes.

Board Hole Compatibility: Standard for PCB with 2.5mm aperture.

Installation: It has snaps on both ends. Press to insert into two circuit boards. The snaps expand and self-lock, screwless installation.

Adopting double-ended snap structure, it features push-fit assembly, easy mounting & dismounting and high production efficiency.

Made of nylon for electrical insulation to prevent short circuits between PCBs and provide spacing support.

Nylon has good toughness, low tendency of brittle fracture and anti-aging performance.
