尼小龙塑料芭蕾铆钉

属于按压式单体塑料膨胀铆钉，尼龙材质居多，外形像芭蕾舞裙，因此俗称芭蕾铆钉。一次性推入锁固，无需螺丝、无需工具。

结构原理：一体式塑料铆钉，头部为圆盘，杆身多层宝塔式倒刺。板材对齐钻孔后，直接按压钉头，宝塔齿穿过孔后向外撑开，卡在板材背面，实现两片板材锁合；靠倒刺与孔壁摩擦力固定，一般不可无损拆卸。

塑料芭蕾铆钉材质：POM、PC等；颜色：白色、黑色、透明；R型铆钉，芭蕾铆钉与宝塔铆钉起源于广东中山，它们都是一种简易铆接的塑料卡扣塑料铆钉扣塑料卡扣； 利用塑料的记忆性紧固两较薄的面板，铆定后可以再次取下，可重复使用。

Nxlon Plastic Ballet Rivet (Pagoda Rivet)

It is a one-piece push-fit plastic rivet, mostly made of nylon PA66. With multi-layer pagoda barbs on the shank. Just press the rivet into pre-drilled holes, the barbs expand to lock the panels together. No tools required for installation.

Key features: electrically insulating, lightweight, corrosion-resistant, rust-free, fast assembly. Suitable for light-load fastening of PCBs, electronic panels, automotive interior trims and plastic housings. It is generally non-reusable once installed.

Plastic Ballet Rivet

Material: POM, PC, etc.; Colors: white, black, transparent. It is R-type rivet. Ballet rivets and pagoda rivets originated from Zhongshan, Guangdong. They are plastic snap rivets for simple riveting.

They rely on the elastic memory of plastic to fasten two thin panels. After riveting, they can be removed and reused.
