LCF飞机头隔离柱

飞机架间隔柱，是双头卡扣推入式尼龙绝缘支撑柱，专门用于 PCB/PC 板之间垫高、隔离、固定，不用螺丝，直接卡入电路板孔位。适配板孔：标准适配3mm 孔径 PCB。安装方式：两端飞机翼卡扣，对压装入两块电路板，卡扣撑开自锁，免螺丝。双头飞机翼卡扣结构，按压式装配，拆装方便，生产效率高。尼龙绝缘，防止 PCB 之间短路，隔离支撑。尼龙韧性好，不易脆断，抗老化。

LCF Aircraft Head Spacer 

Aircraft Frame Spacer is a double-ended snap-in nylon insulating support post. It is specially used for elevating, insulating and fixing between PCB/PC boards. No screws required; it can be directly clipped into circuit board holes.

Board Hole Compatibility: Standard for PCB with 3mm aperture.

Installation: It has aircraft-wing snaps on both ends. Press to insert into two circuit boards. The snaps expand and self-lock, screwless installation.

Adopting double-ended aircraft-wing snap structure, it features push-fit assembly, easy mounting & dismounting and high production efficiency.

Made of nylon for electrical insulation to avoid short circuits between PCBs and provide spacing support.

Nylon features good toughness, low brittleness and anti-aging performance.
